Cherian’s impact on the AI sector doesn’t stop there—he will also be presenting alongside the CEO of SINTA AI at the highly anticipated 2025 CHPA (Consumer Healthcare Products Association) Annual Self Care Leadership Summit, taking place from March 17-19 at the La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas. This prestigious event will feature a series of groundbreaking sessions, including the Learning Lab “Unlocking Hidden Insights in Consumer Healthcare: AI’s Role in Driving Brand Differentiation” session on Tuesday, March 18, where Cherian will share the stage with Philip Penalosa, CEO of SINTA AI. Together, they will explore how SINTA AI’s cutting-edge algorithms are transforming clinical data and consumer research into actionable insights, fueling product innovation, and enhancing brand experiences.

This session will be part of a larger program featuring leaders in AI, including “Leadership 2030: The Transformative Power of Generative AI on Leaders and Organizations”, hosted by Joseph Fuller, Professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business School.  Attendees will gain invaluable insights into how generative AI is revolutionizing corporate functions and driving competitive advantage.

Jissan Cherian is an accomplished marketing leader with over 20 years of experience across Consumer Healthcare, Technology, and Management Consulting. As the former Senior Director of the U.S. Digestive Health portfolio at Haleon/GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Jissan led a $1 billion portfolio of iconic brands such as TUMS, Benefiber, Nexium, and Preparation-H, driving brand equity and consumer loyalty through innovative marketing strategies, digital excellence, and a focus on customer-first solutions.  Jissan also led the successful U.S. Rx-to-OTC Switch launch of Voltaren Arthritis Pain Gel, a milestone achievement that expanded access and self-care to millions of arthritis and joint pain consumers.  Jissan’s career began at Microsoft, where he joined as a Technologist in the SAP-ERP division. Jissan earned his BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin and his MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and International Management from Carnegie Mellon University.  In 2025, Jissan earned an Executive Certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI) from MIT Sloan School of Management.
