We specialize in cloud-native, compliant software tailored to financial needs. Our offerings include user-friendly mobile apps, secure APIs, AI-powered automation, and self-service tools. We also provide IT consulting and staffing to drive digital transformation. With a focus on innovation, Nueve Solutions empowers banks to enhance efficiency, security, and customer engagement.
- What have been the toughest obstacles you’ve faced in your career?
One of the toughest obstacles in my career has been leading large-scale technology transformations while ensuring business continuity. Transitioning from legacy systems to cloud-native and microservices architectures required not only technical innovation but also aligning cross-functional teams and managing organizational change. Working in highly regulated environments like banking added complexity, where stability, compliance, and security had to be preserved throughout. Another ongoing challenge has been keeping pace with rapid technological change—upskilling teams, adapting to new tools, and driving adoption without disrupting delivery. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead through uncertainty, balance risk with progress, and guide teams toward sustainable innovation.
