  1. Can you walk us through your professional journey till now along with the key responsibilities and objectives you’re currently focused on?

With over 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, I have cultivated a deep expertise in transforming business operations through innovative ERP solutions. My career began as a business process consultant, where I partnered with organizations to address their unique challenges, particularly with ERP and SAP S/4HANA implementations. Throughout my journey, I’ve collaborated with Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries, guiding them in building, migrating, upgrading, and integrating enterprise applications.

In my current role as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and Strategic Solution Manager, I focus on launching new SaaS products, developing go-to-market strategies, and working with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and adoption. As a marketing evangelist and thought leader, I craft impactful strategies tailored to various market segments. My ability to analyze opportunities and convert complex business requirements into actionable plans has consistently led to transformative, results-driven solutions.

I spearhead initiatives that leverage AI, machine learning, pro-code, and low-code/no-code technologies to enhance ERP platforms, providing businesses with a competitive edge. Additionally, I am dedicated to integrating sustainable practices into our offerings, promoting environmentally responsible operations. Ultimately, I harness technology to address complex challenges and drive meaningful growth for my clients and stakeholders.

  1. What would be your future endeavors and where do you see yourself in the near future?

In the near future, I plan to deepen my expertise in AI, machine learning, and low-code/no-code platforms, as well as professional developer products. These technologies are pivotal in shaping the future of enterprise software and driving digital transformation. I am dedicated to fostering innovation by creating solutions that not only meet current market demands but also anticipate future challenges, particularly in ERP and CRM systems.

I will continue my research in these areas, building on my previous work that has led to several publications in esteemed journals like IEEE and Springer. My research focuses on the intersection of AI, ERP, CRM, big data, and machine learning, demonstrating how AI can transform and automate business processes, enabling organizations to make informed decisions. With my expertise in ERP, SAP S/4HANA, robotic process automation, and digital workspaces, I aim to help organizations streamline workflows, enhance sales forecasting accuracy, improve customer satisfaction and retention, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

Looking ahead, I aspire to take on greater leadership responsibilities in product marketing and strategic management, particularly in roles that involve leading large-scale transformation projects. I envision guiding cross-functional teams to launch cutting-edge SaaS products that leverage AI, IoT, and emerging technologies. Additionally, I aim to integrate sustainable practices into core business strategies, fostering responsible and eco-friendly solutions. In doing so, I hope to shape the future of enterprise solutions and create meaningful business impact.

Throughout my career, I have received various professional and personal recognitions. I have successfully launched multiple B2B SaaS products, achieving high revenue, increasing customer adoption rates, and reducing churn. My research on AI, machine learning, IoT, and ERP systems has been published in esteemed journals like IEEE and Springer. Additionally, I have served as a judge for technical competitions and a peer reviewer for technology journals. My thought leadership has been featured in the IEEE Computer Society and SAP Community, and I had the honor of speaking at several professional events.

On a personal level, I take pride in mentoring aspiring professionals and have been recognized for effectively leading cross-functional teams. Each accolade has motivated me to continue pushing the boundaries in enterprise software and technology.
