1. Kindly brief us about the outset of your career?

My career began in IT infrastructure and database management, where I specialized in data protection, backup, and storage technologies. Over the years, I evolved into a leadership role, working extensively on cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and automation. My journey has been driven by continuous learning and adapting to emerging technologies, particularly in Azure cloud architecture, AI, and cybersecurity.

2. As a successful leader, which three personal qualities do you believe contributed most to your success?

1. Resilience:I believe in pushing through challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
2. Vision:Staying ahead of industry trends and embracing innovation has been key to my success.
3. Collaboration: Strong teamwork and the ability to mentor and guide others have played a crucial role in my leadership journey.

3. What are the aims and ideals that guide you as an individual and a professional?

As an individual, I strive for integrity, continuous learning, and     contributing to meaningful advancements in technology. As a professional, my aim is to drive innovation in cloud security, AI, and data analytics while ensuring sustainable and ethical practices in the industry.

4. What are the primary offerings of your company?

My expertise spans multiple domains, and I have contributed significantly to organizations focusing on:
1.Cloud Architecture & Security – Designing and implementing secure, scalable cloud solutions.
2.Cybersecurity & Risk Management – Protecting digital assets through advanced security frameworks.
3.Data Analytics & AI – Leveraging AI for cybersecurity threat detection and automation.
4.Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions – Ensuring business continuity through robust data protection strategies

5. What have been the toughest obstacles you’ve faced in your career?

One of the toughest challenges was leading large-scale cloud migrations while ensuring minimal downtime and maximum security. Another significant challenge was spearheading a transition from legacy backup infrastructures to modern, cost-efficient solutions, which required overcoming resistance to change and ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies.

6. Mention some of the notable recognitions and accreditations received by your organization and yourself.

I have been honored with several awards, including: 1.India’s Top 50 Leaders Award 2.Enterprise Data Center Evolution Award of the Year 2023 3.Titan’s Strategic Solutions Cloud Architect IT Professional of the Year. Additionally, my research papers on Generative AI in Cybersecurity and Sustainable Data Analytics for Threat Detection have been recognized in prestigious international conferences. Also I have the internal Awards from AT&T 2012 Employee Recognition Award for outstanding performance & 2013 Customer Service week award in recognition of best Customer Service

7. Do you have a mantra that you live by?

Innovate, Adapt, and Lead.” I believe in staying ahead of the curve by embracing change and constantly improving.

8. Who in your life inspires you the most?

I draw inspiration from visionary leaders like Satya Nadella for his transformative leadership in cloud computing and Elon Musk for his disruptive innovation. On a personal level, my mentors and colleagues have played a crucial role in shaping my journey.

9. What would be your future endeavors, and where do you see yourself in the near future?

I plan to continue driving advancements in AI-driven cybersecurity and cloud automation. I also aim to contribute more to research in Generative AI and Data Analytics for Cybersecurity. In the near future, I see myself taking on strategic leadership roles that influence industry best practices and global cybersecurity frameworks.
