My professional journey in HR technology spans over 12 years, and it’s been an exciting and rewarding path. After completing my Master of Science in Information Systems from Central Michigan University and my Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad, I’ve dedicated my career to becoming a specialist in implementing and optimizing cloud-based HR systems.

Currently, I’m working as a Senior Systems Analyst, where I’ve had the opportunity to lead various initiatives in business requirement gathering, effort estimation, and WBS planning. One of my key achievements has been significantly improving the traceability and accountability of Workday releases. My expertise covers a broad spectrum of HR functions, including performance management, compensation systems, talent acquisition, and employee data management.

What I find most exciting about my work is the opportunity to bridge the gap between technical possibilities and practical business requirements. I often develop innovative proof of concepts and prototypes that set new standards in the field. I’m particularly passionate about exploring and integrating emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence, into HR practices. This forward-thinking approach keeps me at the forefront of HR technology innovation.

Throughout my career, I’ve been honored to receive several recognitions. I’m particularly proud to be recognized as a top 1% ADPList mentorship contributor, as guiding the next generation of HR technology professionals is something I’m deeply committed to. My Workday Pro certification has been instrumental in validating my expertise in the field. I’ve also had the privilege of peer-reviewing several international journal articles on HR technology and judging hackathons at MIT Boston. Additionally, I’ve authored a book on human resources technology and published numerous media articles and research papers on AI in HR.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue advancing my expertise in Workday and other cloud-based HR systems. I’m particularly keen on further exploring the integration of AI.
