Questionnaire for Exclusive Interview:

  1. Kindly brief us about the outset of your career.

I began my career in the credit department of one of the largest banks in Uzbekistan. I started as a junior specialist and later advanced to a more responsible role, where I worked directly with clients from leading industrial companies. During my work, I identified a systemic problem: many enterprises struggled to find reliable suppliers of high-quality packaging, and delivery deadlines were frequently missed. After analyzing the market and recognizing these gaps, I decided to establish my own manufacturing company. In 2012, I founded Termo Plenka Kaps LLC with a team of just six people. Over time, the business has grown into a large manufacturing enterprise employing hundreds of specialists, with products supplied across the Central Asian region and CIS countries.

  1. As a successful leader, which three personal qualities do you believe contributed most to your success?

First, strategic thinking. I always try to see not only the current situation but also the perspective several steps ahead.

Second, perseverance. Difficulties are inevitable in business, and the ability to never give up and see things through to the end plays a crucial role.

Third, flexibility. The world changes rapidly, and it is important to be able to adapt, make new decisions, and implement innovations.

  1. What are the aims and ideals that guide you as an individual and a professional?

My main goal is to build a sustainable business that brings value to society. I am convinced that a company should not only generate profit but also contribute to economic development, create jobs, and raise quality standards.

Among my key principles are honesty, responsibility, and continuous development. I strive to maintain transparency in my work with partners and employees, take full responsibility for decisions, and constantly learn new things.

  1. What are the primary offerings of your company?

The core activity of Termo Plenka Kaps LLC is the production of packaging products, including lids, caps, labels, boxes, films, and components for the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as the painting and decoration of bottles. We place strong emphasis on high quality, safety, and compliance with international standards.

Garnet Hotel is our project in the hospitality sector, where we aim to deliver comfortable and modern service to our guests.

  1. What have been the toughest obstacles you’ve faced in your career?

One of the main difficulties in the early stages was disruptions in the supply of raw materials and equipment. This affected production processes and order fulfillment deadlines. Another serious challenge was market competition and the need to prove the quality of our products. A further issue was staff turnover and the search for qualified specialists. We addressed this by improving working conditions, providing employee training, and building a strong corporate culture.

  1. Mention some of the notable recognitions and accreditations received by your organization and yourself.

Our company has earned recognition as a reliable manufacturer of high-quality products at the regional level. We successfully cooperate with major enterprises and pharmaceutical companies, which in itself is a sign of trust.

We have also implemented a number of innovative solutions, including production automation and quality control systems, which have enabled us to meet high international standards.

  1. Do you have a mantra that you live by?

Yes, my main principle is “Be a creator,” “Constant development and moving forward.” I believe that standing still is a step backward. It is important to always seek opportunities for growth, both in business and in personal life.

  1. Who in your life inspires you the most?

I am inspired by people who have managed to create something meaningful from nothing and, in doing so, have brought benefit to society. These can be well-known entrepreneurs as well as people from my own circle — partners, colleagues, and mentors who demonstrate a high level of professionalism and dedication to their work.

  1. What would be your future endeavors, and where do you see yourself in the near future?

In the coming years, I plan to expand the business, enter new markets, and implement even more innovations. Particular attention will be given to digitalization and automation of processes.

I also see great potential in the development of medical technologies and the hospitality business. My goal is to create an ecosystem of companies that complement one another and deliver maximum value to clients.

  1. Your journey has been inspiring, and it sets a great example for aspiring leaders. What advice do you have for them?

First of all, do not be afraid to start. Any great journey begins with the first step.
