I started my career with strong academic degree in computer science. The early professional journey begins with PSPL India private ltd where I started working on large and complex systems used in internal call centers. This early role provided a strong foundation in IT operations, client servicing, and hands-on problem-solving in enterprise environments.
Building on this experience, I progressed to more advanced roles at Mphasis (formerly known as EDS India Pvt. Ltd.), where I had the opportunity to work onsite across the US, UK, and Canada. During this time, I was deeply involved in infrastructure design, data center transitions, and solution delivery for clients in banking, insurance, and healthcare domains. These early experiences played a crucial role in shaping my technical capabilities, client engagement skills, and strategic thinking—setting the stage for my journey into architecture and IT transformation leadership roles.
Strategic Vision and Innovation –
I have consistently demonstrated the ability to design high-impact, scalable solutions across complex IT environments, including data center transformation, cloud modernization, and payment system redesign. My transformation strategies (like $76 million in cost savings for Kaiser Permanente over two years) reflect a forward-thinking, visionary mindset essential for leadership.
Effective Communication and Client Collaboration –
My success in client-facing roles, particularly with global organizations (Kaiser Permanente, Zurich Insurance, CIBC Bank and Avivia corporation), underscores my strong communication and interpersonal skills. Different leaders with whom I have collaborated over the years in different programs has confirmed my strength in collaboration with clients, aligning technical solutions with business goals, and leading multidisciplinary teams across geographies. These testimonials are recorded in my linkedin profile.
Empathy-Driven Leadership –
The most defining quality is unwavering commitment to lead with empathy. I have not only delivered enterprise systems and global programs, but done so while deeply honoring the people behind them. From mentoring juniors to designing life-saving healthcare systems during COVID-19, I have shown that “technology isn’t neutral—it reflects our urgency, our values, and our willingness to care.” This ability to listen, uplift, and lead with humanity has made me a trusted guide, not just a technology leader.
Driving Meaningful Transformation –
My aim is to always lead initiatives that not only modernize systems but create lasting business value and efficiency. My focus is always concentrate in aligning transformation with real-world outcomes—such as increasing transaction capacity, reducing carbon footprints, and improving business critical IT systems.
Building Trust Through Integrity and Accountability –
I always prioritize to deliver on commitments, led by example and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics. My success with global clients (like Kaiser Permanente and Zurich Insurance) reflects my reputation for dependable leadership and results.
“Trust is the foundation of every successful partnership.”
Lifelong Learning and Knowledge Sharing –
I always aim to continuously expand my skill set on different streams and mentor teams through complex challenges. From coding in a small PG room to advising Fortune 500 clients globally, my journey reflects an unwavering commitment to continuous self-improvement—with or without formal credentials.
Collaboration Across Cultures and Borders –
My aim is to foster collaboration across global teams and cultures, driving inclusive innovation. With experiences across the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, and India, I have consistently shown cultural fluency and people-first leadership.
Making Technology Serve Humanity –
I always encourage to leverage IT as a tool to improve lives—whether through healthcare innovation, banking reliability, or operational resilience. My transformation initiatives often balance tech excellence with user impact—making systems smarter, more accessible, and more sustainable.
High-Pressure Crisis Leadership During COVID-19
One of the toughest I have faced in my career was leading the redesign of critical pathology lab systems at kaiser Permanente during the pandemic. This was not just technically demanding—it was ethically and emotionally high-stakes. A delay could mean lives lost.
Why it was tough – The pressure wasn’t about uptime—it was about saving lives, working across time zones and delivering under intense uncertainty.
How you overcame it – With composure, collaboration, and clarity of purpose, resulting in a 35% increase in system capacity and an estimated 2 million lives positively impacted.
Throughout these kinds of challenges, I have focused on client deliverables, be on top of commitments and collaborating with business teams to stay on business guidelines.
My mantra to live by is “Build with purpose. Lead with integrity.”
This captures the essence of my approach. Build with purpose — I just don’t just create solutions; I design with clear business impact and long-term value in mind.
Lead with integrity — I have consistently earned trust from global clients and teams by staying accountable, ethical, and people-focused.
The person who inspires me the most is my grandfather. He was deeply educated at a time when degrees were rare. Throughout his life he carries both wisdom and resilience with the experiences he has got. He taught me timeless values that became the foundation of my leadership, especially the discipline of time. In his words
““Everyone has the same 24 hours. How you use them defines your destiny.”
He didn’t just give advice, but he lived in front of me as a model of dignity, clarity and grounded strength. His influence helped me stay anchored through every major crossroad, be it my career shift or my rise in global leadership roles.
In the near future, I see myself continuing to drive digital transformation at a global scale, with a stronger focus on AI-powered enterprise solutions, sustainability-driven architecture, and cloud-native platforms. I aim to lead strategic innovation initiatives that solve complex industry challenges across difference domains. I also aim to Mentor the next generation of architects and technology leaders, sharing knowledge built over almost two decades of global experience.
In the next 5–7 years, I see myself transitioning from a full-time enterprise architect to a full-time mentor and advisor—dedicating my energy to helping professionals grow not just in roles, but in self-awareness and purpose. I will still stay close to technology, but my deeper mission will be to shape people, not just platforms.
My advice to the aspiring leaders Stay curious and always learn, Technology evolves rapidly. What sets great leaders apart is a willingness to keep learning—whether it’s cloud, AI, or something new tomorrow. skills are tools; curiosity is the mindset.
Develop to lead with empathy and not with Ego, Whether working with global clients or cross-functional teams, empathy builds trust—and trust powers collaboration. Understand people before trying to influence them.
