Following the divine guidance from his guru that, “True Success cannot be just individual success but needs to be inclusive and must contribute to others’ success too”, Vijay founded Non-Profit YesMentor in 2016; YesMentor a Skill Mentoring Platform that is committed to empowering next generation on Future Skills through direct guidance from Industry Subject Matter Experts from various fields.

Recently as part of #AI4Good, we deployed an AI Chatbot Yesmentor.Ai that can act as a virtual mentor to coach and guide school children and students on various career and skill-related questions that too in all local Indian languages directly helping children and youth in rural areas, tier 2 and tier 3 cities.

Through YesMentor in the next three to five years Vijay envisions mentoring 10 lakh youth across India, with the theme “#SkillHaiToKhalHai”, thereby instilling a new mindset in children, youth, and young professionals toward the future of work and directly increasing the availability of skilled professionals across the country.
